Interest Groups

Check the box(es) of the interest group(s) you are considering attending.  This will give our leaders an idea of what to expect as they prepare.  However, it does not lock you into attending a specific one.  You may check more than one, but keep in mind that they are all offered at the same time, so you will only be able to attend one.


Registration Packages

Package 1: Full Conference (On-Campus) Registration

For those who are attending the entire event AND staying on campus
  • 3-Night Package - Lodging and 7 meals (meal plan is required)
  • Choice of two buildings for Lodging.
  • Meals include all meals on Saturday and Sunday, and breakfast on Monday
  • Cost ranges from $340 to $138 depending upon choice of housing options.
  • Lodging is free for children age 11 and under, but meal plans must be purchased for $35. (2 yrs & under eat free)

Package 2: 3-Day Off-Campus (Commuter) Registration

For those attending entire event but staying off campus

  • No Lodging included
  • Meal plan includes lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday, but no breakfasts (meal plan is required)
  • Cost for adults: $75. Includes registration fees and 4 meals
  • Cost for children age 3-12: $15 (2 & under eat free)


    • Package 3: Visitor Registration

    For those attending only one day or a few sessions

  • No meals or lodging provided
  • Visitor Cost: $15 per person, per day as set by Blue Ridge Assembly (children 11 and under are free).

Housing Options:


1. Blue Ridge Center (Basement Floor Availability Only!!)

  • Rates - $340 to $145
  • Rooms have 2 double beds (cots and rollaways available for extra)
  • All rooms air-conditioned with tile bath
  • Elevator available

2. Asheville Hall

    • Rates - $310 to $138
    • Rooms have single or double beds
    • All rooms air-conditioned with private baths
    • No elevator, cots, or rollaways

ALL RATES ARE PER ADULT (age 12 and older)



Rooming Options

You are responsible for arranging your own roommate. We will not place you with a roommate. 

List roommate(s) names and birthdates. There is no additional room cost for children age 11 and under.  Please be sure to list child's birth date with month, day, and year.
